Metabolic
Jumpstart

You are doing the right things, but your body is not responding the way it should. This 12-week program identifies and addresses the core drivers of metabolic dysfunction — with real data, not guesswork.

The Problem

You're doing the right things.
Your body isn't responding.

That gap between effort and results is not a character flaw. It's a physiology problem — and it has a solution.

The Pattern

You're doing everything right.

Eating better. Moving more. Cutting back. Staying consistent. And still — the weight won't move, the energy won't come back, and something feels off.

  • Weight resistance despite real effort
  • Energy crashes and afternoon fatigue
  • Cravings that feel out of your control
  • Inflammation, bloating, or feeling puffy

The Real Problem

It's not effort. It's physiology.

When the body stops responding, the issue is rarely willpower. It's usually blood sugar instability, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, or early hormone drift — invisible without the right data.

  • Blood sugar instability and insulin resistance
  • Chronic low-grade metabolic inflammation
  • Thyroid contribution and hormone drift
  • Lifestyle patterns keeping the body stuck

The Solution

Real data. A real plan.

The Metabolic Jumpstart uses continuous glucose monitoring, targeted lab work, and structured clinical visits to identify the actual drivers — and address them directly.

  • CGM-guided glucose and metabolic insight
  • Targeted lab panel, not a generic screen
  • 4 structured visits over 12 weeks
  • A plan built around your data, not a template

Your Provider

Stephanie Sanders,
APRN, FNP-C

Stephanie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focused clinical interest in metabolic health, weight resistance, and the intersection of lifestyle and physiology. She designed the Metabolic Jumpstart for patients who are already doing the right things — but not getting the results their effort deserves.

Her approach is structured, data-driven, and direct. Every plan is built around your actual glucose data, labs, and symptom pattern — not a generic protocol.

Patient Fit

Is this program right for you?

This may be a good fit if you…

  • Weight not responding despite consistent effort
  • Energy crashes, brain fog, or afternoon fatigue
  • Feeling inflamed, puffy, or metabolically stuck
  • Blood sugar swings, cravings, or poor appetite control
  • Still functional day-to-day but knowing something is off
  • Ready for a structured, data-driven 12-week plan

This program is not designed for…

  • Long-standing multi-system chronic illness
  • Multiple failed treatments across many providers
  • Advanced hormone dysfunction requiring specialist care
  • Cases needing deeper functional medicine workup

If a deeper level of care is needed, our team will guide you to the right pathway.

Program Structure

CGM Round 1 Review & First Adjustment

Stephanie reviews your first 2-week glucose data alongside any new labs. She adjusts your food structure, meal timing, protein targets, movement, sleep, and initial supplement plan.

CGM Round 2 begins — Weeks 5–6

Week 7–830 min

CGM Round 2 Review & Midpoint Recalibration

Stephanie assesses your response to the first round of interventions and refines your plan. Additional layers are added only if clinically appropriate.

Final Review & Maintenance Plan

Stephanie reviews your final CGM data and assesses your full progress — symptom change, body composition trend, energy, cravings, and barriers. You leave with a clear maintenance plan.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Three 2-week CGM rounds give Stephanie a real-time window into your glucose patterns, meal responses, hidden spikes, and reactive lows — so every plan adjustment is based on your actual data.

What's Included

Everything in the program

4 Clinical Visits

One 60-minute intake visit and three 30-minute follow-up visits, each timed after a CGM round for maximum clinical value.

3 Rounds of CGM

Three separate 2-week continuous glucose monitoring periods with full clinical interpretation at each follow-up visit.

Structured Clinical Plan

A personalized plan covering nutrition, meal timing, protein targets, movement, sleep, stress management, and supplements.

Lab Review & Interpretation

Baseline metabolic labs reviewed at Visit 1. A focused reassessment panel may be recommended near Week 10 when clinically indicated.

Portal Support

Basic portal messaging support during business hours for brief questions and clarification between visits.

Mid-Course Adjustments

Your plan is actively refined at each visit based on your CGM data and symptom response — not set once and left unchanged.

Lab Testing

Built on
real data

Some patients already have recent qualifying labs on file — particularly those coming from Stephanie's Starter Program or Integrative Primary Care. If those labs are current and complete, they may be used for the program.

If recent qualifying labs are not on file, a required Metabolic Lab Add-On will be added before the program begins. Labs must have been completed within the last 8–12 weeks and include all required markers.

Please Note

This program is offered entirely outside of insurance. Lab fees are separate from the program fee. Contact our office for current pricing on all program components.

  • CBC — Complete blood count
  • CMP — Comprehensive metabolic panel
  • Hemoglobin A1C
  • Fasting glucose
  • Fasting insulin
  • Lipid panel
  • hsCRP — Inflammatory marker
  • TSH
  • Free T3 & Free T4
  • Ferritin
  • Vitamin D
Hormone Testing

Hormones can affect metabolism, but full hormone testing is not automatically included. If your symptoms suggest hormones are playing a meaningful role, Stephanie may recommend targeted hormone labs on a case-by-case basis.

Week 10 Reassessment

A focused metabolic reassessment panel may be recommended near Week 10 to evaluate objective progress and guide next steps. This is recommended based on clinical judgment, not required for every patient.
